A peak of a dictatorial way of ruling
Beyond the glorification and use of the P.S. as a tool for personal power, through 21 July, the ordering and imposition of a totalitarian and unprecedented action on political life is being brought to an end.

The sensational scandal yesterday in Parliament:
The Minister of Justice confesses before the socialists
The legislative initiative presented yesterday in Parliament was forged!
- In the protocol of the Ministry of Justice there is no record of any procedure submitted to the Government.
- Fikri to the socialists: I propose to the Government also orally (?)
While yesterday's parliamentary sessions were held under the shadow of the opposition protests, reflected in that same hall by Socialist deputies, on the agenda there stood out an action as unusual as it was suspicious: a Council of Ministers initiative was inserted into the parliamentary procedure to widen the scope of Mr. Nano's punishment under article 24, but this initiative does not exist, because it was never submitted to the government. This became clear from the Minister of Justice himself, Fikri Muftiu, who said in Parliament that he had not submitted it to the government and that it had been drafted by his subordinates. Which means that Prime Minister Meksi and the other ministers were not aware of it. On the other hand, the Minister of Justice himself added fuel to the fire when he claimed that the practice of the PD is for it to be submitted to the government even orally.
